Bridget Klee, LCSW-C. is a psychotherapist with over a decade of experience specializing in working with adolescents, families, couples, and adults struggling with life transitions, anxiety, interpersonal issues, and the overall stressors of life. Bridget’s approach is rooted in non-judgement, empathy, and belief that understanding one’s emotions and thoughts can improve quality of life. She incorporates practices based in self-compassion, mindfulness, and trauma informed care.
Bridget has a wide range of experience from working in a hospital with some of the world’s best psychiatrists to running a clinical program at a shelter for homeless youth. She has also worked in middle and high school settings providing counseling to students, behavioral intervention support to teachers, and psychoeducation for parents. Bridget’s main goal as a therapist is to provide a warm and open environment where individuals, families, or couples feel safe to explore and better understand the meanings behind their symptoms, relational issues, and behaviors. She is passionate about supporting clients who wish to deepen their connection to others, and most importantly, themselves.
Bridget received her bachelor's degree from St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas, where she graduated with high honors in social work leadership. This discovery led her to The University of Houston Graduate College of Social Work where she received her masters degree. She is a clinical supervisor and offers supervision to individuals working toward their clinical licensure.
